1. General Principle
All sales are final except in cases of covered manufacturing defects or warranty conditions as described below. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind (except where legally required).
2. Tyres
- Tyres are covered only for manufacturing faults (e.g. structural defects, separations, ply issues).
- To qualify, the tyre must have the original manufacturing date (visible on the tyre) and must not show signs of misuse, cuts, punctures, or damage from improper installation or handling.
- The customer should notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) upon noticing a defect.
- If accepted, we will replace the tyre with a similar (same size, spec) tyre, subject to availability.
- If the exact tyre is unavailable, we may offer a refund or replacement of equal value.
3. Electronic Components (e.g. control units, modules)
- Electronic parts are covered under a Check Warranty. The customer or installer must test the part upon receipt, in the presence of the delivery agent, and report any defect immediately.
- After installation or use, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incompatibility unless a defect is proven.
- Warranty is void if the component shows signs of tampering, misuse, incorrect wiring, or physical damage.
4. Android Panels / Multimedia Screens / Display Units
- These have a limited warranty of 1 month for manufacturing defects only.
- No warranty is provided for physical damage (cracking, scratches, impact damage, water damage, etc.).
- The device must be inspected (tested) immediately upon arrival. Any defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- Once installed or used, no returns are accepted except for proven manufacturing defects under the limited warranty.
5. Conditions for Warranty / Return Acceptance
- The product must be in original condition, with original packaging, labels, serial numbers, etc.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number).
- Any claim must include photos/videos showing the defect, and possibly a third-party inspection or verification if we request it.
- Shipping costs for returns or replacements shall be borne by the customer, unless the defect is accepted by us as being covered — in that case we may cover or partially reimburse the cost depending on the situation.
6. How to Request a Return / Warranty Claim
- Contact our support (email / WhatsApp / phone) with your order number, product details, and a description plus photographs/videos of the defect.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
- After receiving the returned item (if applicable) and verifying the defect, we will process the replacement or refund.
7. Exclusions & Non-coverable Cases
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, tampering, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Physical damage (especially relevant for screens and panels).
- Claims made after the allowed reporting period.
- Products not tested at delivery, or that have been used without checking for defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited only to replacement or refund of the defective product (or part thereof).
- We are not liable for incidental damages, loss of use, or other indirect costs.
